When you request a booking or send us a message we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any notes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential cookie is used only for our staff login.

How we use it

We use your details solely to handle your enquiry or booking, to contact you about your stay, and to meet our legal obligations (for example guest registration required by Italian law). Booking details are kept in our own reservation calendar.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the booking (such as our email and calendar providers) and with authorities where required by law.
