Baita Zelda apartments are
available for rent only on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.
30% deposit is required at time of booking, which will be refunded less a 30%
administration fee if you cancel at least 6 weeks before your booking was due to
start.
Full payment for your booking is due 6 weeks before it is due to start, you will
be sent an email / text message reminder, it is your responsibility therefore to
notify us of any changes in your contact details.
Should payment not be received in time we reserve the right to give notice in
writing that the booking has been cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
No refunds will be given in respect of cancellations received less than 6 weeks
prior to when the booking is due to start. We strongly advise you to ensure that
your insurance includes cancellation cover.
Prior to having made your booking, you are deemed to have read and accepted our
terms and conditions of business which can be downloaded in
doc or
pdf format.
